The Nebraska Department of Labor releases updated Unemployment Insurance Advisement of Benefit Rights posting that employers must post in the workplace for employees to view. 
There are several amendments to the law that are reflected on the poster which include the following:
- New expanded sections (A, B, C) of Title 219, Chapter 4, that address claimants’ availability and work search requirements
- New information outlining claimants’ requirements to provide specified information to corroborate wages earned
- Section regarding claim forms sent by mail and determination of benefits when forms are not received has been deleted
- New web address for filing unemployment claims
These are required changes and employers must update their poster.
