Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development, Equal Rights Division makes updates to the Fair Employment law poster. The changes are minor and do not require customers to update their Wisconsin All-On-One™ posters.
In Wisconsin it is unlawful to discriminate against employees and job applicants based on the protected classes. The Equal Rights Division changed “Military Service Membership” to “Military Service”. Customers are not required to update posters.
The Wisconsin Equal Rights Division handles discrimination in employment and housing, post secondary education due to disability, harassment in the workplace, and discrimination in public places of accommodation or amusement.
