Update to Maine Minimum Wage Notice

What’s changed?
The Maine Minimum Wage notice provides information on the state minimum wage law, including wage laws for service employees and overtime requirements. The notice has been updated with the new minimum wage rates:
The minimum salary threshold for exemption from overtime has also increased to $634.62 per week.
An updated email address has been provided for the Maine Department of Labor. The revision date has been changed to 11/18.
Who is required to post?
Employers that employ 1 or more employees are required to display the 2019 Maine Minimum Wage notice in a place accessible to the employer’s employees (MRSA Title 26 § 42-B).
