What’s changed on the Oregon Minimum Wage notice?
The Oregon Minimum Wage notice has been updated for the effective period of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020:
The notice has also been updated to reflect the new Labor Commissioner.
Who is required to post?
Every employer required to pay employees at least the minimum wage must display the Minimum Wage notice currently in effect in a conspicuous and accessible place on the business’ premises. (ORS 653.050).
Are there separate requirements for agricultural employers?
Employers of agricultural employees are required to provide the 2019 Oregon Agricultural Employees Minimum Wage notice. This notice is available in the 2019 Oregon Mobile Poster Pak.
