What changed?

Nevada 2023 Minimum Wage Bulletin – Updated to reflect the minimum wage rate increases in effect as of July 1, 2023:

  • $10.25 per hour, if the employer offers qualifying health benefits
  • $11.25 per hour, if the employer does not offer qualifying health benefits, and
  • 2022 Ballot Question 2 eliminating the two-tier minimum wage and establishing a minimum wage rate of $12.00 per hour effective July 1, 2024.

Nevada 2023 Daily Overtime Bulletin – Updated to reflect that employees who earn less than the following wage rates may be eligible for daily overtime pay, as of July 1, 2023:

  • $15.375 per hour, if the employer offers qualified health benefits.
  • $16.875 per hour, if the employer does not offer qualified health benefits.

Required Posting – Assembly Bill 307 – Revised to show the unification of the state’s workforce service providers under the name EmployNV with updated links to employee programs and business services.

Rules to be Observed by Employers – Updated to reflect the minimum wage rates in effect as of July 1, 2023.
