What changed?
Oregon Minimum Wage – Updated to reflect minimum wage rate increases in effect as of July 1, 2023, for the following geographical locations:
- Standard: $14.20 per hour
- Portland Metro: $15.45 per hour
- Nonurban Counties: $13.20 per hour
Breaks/Meals & Overtime/Paychecks – Updated to include the number of hours an agricultural employee must work in a workweek before becoming entitled to overtime pay.Workplace Accommodations Notice – Updated to reflect the protection of employees and job applicants from discrimination on the basis of pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions and include a reasonable period of leave as a possible pregnancy-related accommodation.
