What’s new?
The following sections of the Wyoming Health and Safety Protection on the Job posting have been revised:
- Employers – Contains an abbreviated statement of employer responsibilities.
- Inspection – Clarifies the role of Compliance Officers in performing workplace inspections.
- Penalty – Describes the penalties that may be imposed upon conviction of any willful violation resulting in the death of an employee, and the penalties that may be imposed after a first conviction.
- Posting date – September 6, 2023.
Who must post?
Wyoming employers covered by the Wyoming Occupational Health and Safety Act (Wyo. Stat. § 27-11-101, et. seq.) are required to continuously post the Wyoming Health and Safety Protection on the Job posting in each establishment in a conspicuous place or places where notices to employees are customarily posted.
