What’s new?
The Texas All-On-One Poster has been redesigned for the addition of the new Workplace Violence posting. Pursuant to House Bill 915, employers are required to display this new posting that provides information on how to report instances of workplace violence or suspicious activity. The posting includes a new hotline telephone number where employees can make a report to the Department of Public Safety anonymously.
Who must post?
Employers with one or more employees must display the Workplace Violence posting in a conspicuous place in the workplace. (Texas Code § 104A.002) The posting must be in English and Spanish, and be posted in sufficient locations to be convenient to all employees.
