The revised posting provides the updated street address for the Iowa Division of Labor Services.
Who must post?
- Employers subject to the Minimum Wage Act must post the Iowa Minimum Wage Law posting in conspicuous places of each establishment where it can be readily seen by employees. (IAC § 875-216.4)
- Employers must post and maintain the Unemployment Insurance posting in places readily accessible to employees. (IAC § 871-22.14)
- Employers must post and keep posted the Job Safety and Health: Its the Law posting in each establishment in conspicuous places where notices to employees are customarily posted. (IAC § 875-3.1)
