What’s new?
- The Maryland Minimum Wage and Overtime Law posting has been updated to reflect an increase in the State minimum wage rate pursuant to Maryland Senate Bill 555 (2023).
- Effective January 1, 2024, Maryland’s minimum wage rate increases to $15.00 per hour for all employers, regardless of size.
Who must post?
- All Maryland employers are required to keep posted conspicuously in each place of employment the current Maryland Minimum Wage and Overtime Law posting. (Md. Lab. & Empl. Code § 3-423)
