Who must post?
The Notice to Employees – Unemployment Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Family Leave must be posted by every California employer with employees who are covered for benefits. (22 CCR 1089-1)
The 2024 Minimum Wage Ordermust be posted by every California employer that is subject to the Order’s provisions. (Lab. Code § 1182.13)
