CROWN Act Amendment
Colorado Law Prohibits Discrimination in Employment Peel ‘N Post™
Colorado All-On-One™ Labor Law Poster
What’s new?
  • Discrimination in Employment – The posting has been updated to reflect changes made by House Bill 1451, expanding the CROWN Act’s prohibition of discrimination on the basis of traits commonly or historically associated with race to include hair length.
  • Spanish FAMLI Program Notice – The Spanish posting has been updated to be consistent with the current English FAMLI Program Notice. Because there are two Spanish posting updates, Spanish Colorado All-On-One Posters and Mobile Poster Paks require full replacement.
Who must post?
  • All Colorado employers must conspicuously post and maintain the Discrimination in Employment posting in easily accessible and well-lit places customarily frequented by employees and applicants for employment. (3 CCR § 708-1- 20.1)
  • All Colorado employers must post the linguistically appropriate FAMLI Program Notice in a prominent location in the workplace. (CRS § 8-13.3-511)
If you already ordered or received your English 7/2024 Discrimination in Employment Peel ‘N Post or 7/2024 Colorado All-On-One Poster or Mobile Poster Pak (English or Spanish), you’re all set! There are no new changes and no need to order again.
