What’s new?
  • Rules to be Observed by Employers – The posting has been updated to reflect changes to the State’s Minimum Wage structure increasing the minimum wage rate to $12.00 per hour for all employees, regardless of employer-offered health benefits, effective July 1, 2024.
  • Required Posting – Assembly Bill 307 – The posting has been updated to comply with the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation’s (DETR) July 1, 2024 training and employment programs reporting requirement.
  • Required Posting – Senate Bill 209 – The posting has been removed due to the expiration of NRS 608.01972.
Who must post?
  • Every Nevada employer is required to conspicuously post and maintain on the premises where any person is employed the Rules to be Observed by Employers furnished by the Labor Commissioner. (NRS 608.13)
  • Every Nevada employer is required to post and maintain at the place of employment the Required Posting – Assembly Bill 307 in a conspicuous location where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted and read. (NRS 232.933)
