What’s new?
Indiana All-On-One Posters and Mobile Poster Paks include the new Veteran Benefits & Services posting required by Senate Bill 15 (2024).
The posting includes a short description and contact information for the following State and Federal veteran benefits, services, and resources:
- Substance abuse and mental health treatment
- Federal educational resources
- Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles services
- Minority veteran resources
- Federal disability compensation for service-related illnesses and injuries
- State of Indiana benefits and services
- Legal assistance through the Military Assistance Project (MAP)
- Indiana veteran employment and reemployment services
- The US and Indiana Departments of Veterans Affairs, the County Veteran Service Officer, the Women Veterans Call Center, and the Veteran and Military Crisis Line.
Who must post?
Effective July 1, 2024, employers with more than 50 employees are required to post the Veteran Benefits & Services posting in a conspicuous place where employees are employed. (IC 22-2-19)
If you already ordered your 7/2024 Indiana All-On-One Posters or Mobile Poster Paks, you’re all set! There are no additional changes and there is no need to order again.
