Who must post?

• The Unemployment Insurance posting must be posted and maintained in places readily accessible to  employees. (OCGA § 300-2-7-.15)
• The Equal Pay for Equal Work posting must be posted in a conspicuous place where any employee is employed. (OCGA § 34-5-7)
• The Vacation Unemployment Insurance must be posted and maintained in places readily accessible to their employees. (OCGA § 300-2-7-.15)
• The Public Employee Hazardous Chemical Protection and Right to Know Act must be posted in all workplaces in a location that it is visible to all employees. For workplaces with geographically dispersed work areas, a poster must be placed in each work area. (Rule 300-3-19-.03)
