What changed?
The Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation posting has been redesigned to include a list of steps that employees must follow in case of an accident and if medical treatment is necessary. A QR code has been added to take employees to the Massachusetts Worker’s Compensation web page to get more information on what to do if an employee gets hurt at work and/or would like to file a claim.
Who must post?
Each Massachusetts employers must post this posting in a conspicuous place where employees can easily read it pursuant MGL Ch. 152, Sec. 21.
If you already ordered or received your 08/2024 Massachusetts All-On-One Poster or Mobile Poster Pak, you’re all set! There are no new changes and there is no need to order again!
