What’s new?
The Nebraska Discrimination posting has been revised to include the following:
- An employer is prohibited from retaliating against employees for inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing information regarding employee wages, benefits, or other compensation.
- Employers with two or more employees are covered under the Equal Pay Act.
- Updated contact information for the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission.
- Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission and State of Nebraska seals.
Who must post?
Every employer subject to the Nebraska Civil Rights Act must post the Discrimination posting in a conspicuous place in or about the premises. (NS § 48-1226)
What do you need to do?
