Your Rights Under the Iowa Minimum Wage Law
  • The posting has been reformatted and edited for clarity. The posting is dated 3.13.25.
  • Every employer with any employees subject to the Minimum Wage Act must post and maintain the Your Rights Under the Iowa Minimum Wage Law posting in conspicuous places of the workplace where it can easily be seen by such employees. (Iowa Admin. Code § 875-216.3)
Unemployment Insurance
  • The list of IowaWorks Centers no longer includes the Carroll location. The posting date did not change.
  • Every employer subject to the Iowa Employment Security Law must post and maintain the Unemployment Insurance posting in places readily accessible to employees. (Iowa Code §96.11(2))
Iowa Civil Rights Act
  • The posting reflects an amendment to the Civil Rights Act made by Senate Bill 418 eliminating “gender identity” as a protected characteristic as of July 1, 2025.
