What Changed?

Required Posting – Assembly Bill 307 – The posting has been revised to comply with the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation’s (DETR) July 1, 2025, reporting requirement for training and employment programs. The web links to Nevadaworks and Truckee Meadows Community College Short-term Certificate Programs have also been updated.

Minimum Wage & Daily Overtime 2025 Annual Bulletins – The postings have been updated to reflect the minimum wage rate and overtime rate for the current year.

Workers’ Compensation Information Poster – The poster has been updated to reflect changes in the appeals process. Unrepresented litigants can now mail a notice of appeal to the Department of Administration, Hearings Office in either Las Vegas or Carson City. The online appeal filing link has also been revised. Who Must Post?
  • Every Nevada employer in private employment is required to post and maintain Required Posting – Assembly Bill 307 in places where notices to employees and applicants are customarily posted. (NRS 232.933)
  • Every Nevada employer is required to post the Nevada Minimum Wage and Daily Overtime Annual Bulletins on the premises where any person is employed. (NRS 608.13)
  • Every Nevada employer who is covered by the Nevada Industrial Insurance Law is required to prominently display at his or her place of business the Workers’ Compensation Informational Poster. (NAC 616A.460)
