OSH Notice to Employees
The posting has been revised to include updated information and new resources. Key changes include:
- Electronic copies of specific standards adopted by the North Carolina OSH Division are now available online for free.
- New contact details for ordering full copies of General Industry and Construction Industry standards.
- Updated contact information for the North Carolina Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and the North Carolina Department of Labor’s Education, Training and Technical Assistance Bureau.
- New ways to report accidents to the North Carolina OSH Division and to access the North Carolina Department of Labor and the Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security, via social media and the web.

Who Must Post?
- Every employer is required to post the Wage and Hour Notice to Employees in every room where five or more persons are employed. (NCGS § 95-9)
- Every employer is required to post and keep posted the OSH Notice to Employees. (13 NCAC 07A.0301)
