Who must post?
- Every employer who is subject to the West Virginia Unemployment Insurance Law must post and maintain the West Virginia Notice to Employees – Unemployment Insurance Benefits posting in places readily accessible to employees.(W. Va. Code § 21A-7-2)
- Employers are encouraged to post the West Virginia Child Labor Requirements posting to provide minors, parents, and employers with the basic information needed to employ a minor.
