Mandatory Update: Virgin Islands Minimum Wage Posting
The revised Virgin Islands Minimum Wage posting reflects the first of three scheduled increases established under Bill No. 30.
Effective April 24, 2026, the minimum wage rates are as follows:
- General minimum wage: $12.00 per hour
- Tourist services and restaurant tipped employees: $4.80 per hour, plus tips
