What’s new?
The New Mexico Minimum Wage posting has been revised to reflect the cities and counties with minimum wage rates that differ from the State minimum wage rate.
- Santa Fe, Santa Fe County, and Las Cruces have higher minimum wages.
- Santa Fe County, Albuquerque, and Las Cruces have higher tipped minimum wages.
Who must post?
Every employer subject to the Minimum Wage Act must keep the Department of Workforce Solution’s summary of the Act posted in a conspicuous place on or about the premises wherein any person subject to the Act is employed. (NMSA § 50-4-25)
