 Who must post? 
Every employer subject to the Alaska Wage and Hour Act is required to post the minimum wage posting in a conspicuous place where employees are employed. (A.S. 23.10.105)Every employer with one or more employees must post the Alaska Safety and Health Protection on the Job posting in a prominent and accessible location in the workplace. (A.S. 18.60.068)Every employer is required to display the Sexual Harassment is Illegal posting to inform the public of its constitutional and statutory civil rights. (A.S. 18.80.220) |
