What’s New?
The New Jersey Minimum Wage posting has been revised to reflect new minimum wage rates effective January 1, 2025.
- Most employers wage rate: $15.49 per hour.
- Seasonal and small employers wage rate: $14.53 per hour.
- Agricultural employers wage rate: $13.40 per hour.
- Tipped workers cash wage rate: $5.62 per hour.
- Long-term care facility direct care staff members wage rate: $18.49 per hour.
Who Must Post?
Every employer subject to the New Jersey Wage and Hour Law must post the Minimum Wage posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises. (N.J.S.A. § 34:11-56a21)
