What’s new?
The 2025 Paid Time Off posting has been revised to reflect annual adjustments to the maximum weekly benefit amount and premium rates for Washington’s Paid Family and Medical Leave Program. Starting January 1, 2025, the weekly benefit cap and premium rates will increase as follows:
  • Weekly benefit cap: $1,542
  • Premium rate: 0.92% of wages
  • Employee contribution rate: 71.52%
Who must post?

All Washington employers are required to post the Paid Time Off posting where notices to employees and applicants for employment are posted, such as a break room or other common area. (RCW 50A.20.020; WAC 192-540-020)

What do you need to do?
