Oklahoma 2025 Mandatory Posting Update

• The Oklahoma Unemployment Insurance Benefits posting has been updated to show the web address of the new Unemployment Insurance (UI) claimant portal.
• The new claimant portal offers significant improvements including seamless capability across desktops, tablets, and smartphones, a simplified user interface, and faster performance of routine tasks, such as submitting initial claims and weekly certifications, registering for work, and checking the status of a claim.

All Oklahoma employers must post and maintain the Oklahoma Unemployment Insurance Benefits posting in places readily accessible to employees. (O.A.C. 240:10-3-51)
