What’s New?
The Florida Minimum Wage posting has been revised to reflect new rates effective September 30, 2025. The minimum wage for non-tipped employees will increase to $14.00 per hour, and for tipped employees, it will increase to $10.98 per hour. Beginning September 30, 2027, the minimum wage will be adjusted annually for inflation.
Who Must Post?
All employers with at least one employee who is subject to the minimum wage law are required to display the Florida Minimum Wage posting. The posting must be prominently displayed in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment where such employees are employed. (Fla. Stat. § 448.109) |
