The New Jersey Family Leave Insurance posting has been updated to clarify the following:

  • An employee’s job is protected while they are receiving family leave benefits.
  • The state plan provides 85% of an employee’s average weekly wages.
  • How to start the application process via the new web address provided. 
Who Must Post?

Each employer must post the New Jersey Family Leave Insurance posting in a place or places accessible to all employees at the worksite. (N.J.A.C 12:21-1.8)
