Mandatory Updates: Minimum Wage & Safety and Health Protection on the Job
Alaska’s Minimum Wage posting has been updated to reflect the new $14.00 per hour rate effective July 1, 2026. Additionally, the Alaska Safety and Health Protection on the Job posting now includes revised discrimination and retaliation complaint procedures for public sector employees, updated federal OSHA contact details, and a new QR code for direct access to the Alaska OSHA webpage.
