What changed?
The Wage and Hour Notice to Employees has been updated to reflect that state law exempts certain categories of employees from overtime pay requirements and provides the state statute listing those exemptions. In addition, the posting clarifies employees’ protection from discrimination for exercising rights protected under the Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act (REDA). |

Who must post?
All employers are required to post the Wage and Hour Notice to Employees summarizing the provisions of law relative to the employment of adults and children and the regulation of wages, hours, and working conditions in North Carolina (NCGS § § 95-25.9, 95-25.15)
