What’s new?
The New York Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the new minimum wage rates effective as of December 31, 2020. In New York City, the minimum wage remains $15 per hour for all size businesses. In Long Island and Westchester counties, the minimum wage is $14.00 per hour. In the remainder of the state, the minimum wage is $12.50 per hour.

Who must post?
All employers who are subject to the Minimum Wage Act are required to prominently display the New York Minimum Wage posting and applicable wage order in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment where employees are employed. (Article 19 of the New York State Labor Law, Section 661)
