Philadelphia Mayor Nutter Signs Executive Order: Increases Minimum Wage for City Contractors

Today May 20, 2014 City of Philadelphia contractors and their first-tier subcontractors must pay workers $10.88 per hour. Then, beginning January 1, 2015, that rate increases to $12.00 per hour.
