The Iowa Workforce Development agency has released a 2012 required Unemployment Insurance poster update. The posting identifies the current methods to file new unemployment insurance claims including filing at IowaWORKS Centers and the new IowaWORKS Access Point locations.
More Access Points for Iowans
Even though there has been a reduction in IowaWORKS Center locations from 55 to 19, the Iowa Workforce Development agency has more than tripled unemployment claims filing sites. The agency has over 700 Access Points and promises to continue adding locations throughout the year.
