What’s new?
The Unemployment Insurance posting has been revised to reflect the current career centers where unemployment insurance claims may be filed. Individuals may no longer file unemployment insurance claims in person at the Cairo and Kings Bay locations. Individuals continue to have the option to file claims online.
Who must post?
Employers covered by the Employment Security Law of Georgia are required to post the Unemployment Insurance posting in a conspicuous place where employees are employed. (O.C.G.A § 300-2-7-.15)
