What’s new?
The U.S. Department of Labor has released the Worker Rights Under Executive Order (EO) 13658 and Workers Rights Under Executive Order (EO) 14026 posters with the new 2025 minimum wage rates. Effective January 1, 2025, the minimum wage rate under EO 13658 is $13.30 per hour. Effective January 1, 2025, the minimum wage rate under EO 14026 is $17.75 per hour.
Who must post?
Worker Rights Under EO 13658 must be posted by federal contractors and subcontractors with federal construction and service contracts entered into on or between January 1, 2015, and January 29, 2022, and the contract was not renewed or extended on or after January 30, 2022. (29 CFR § 10.29)
Worker Rights Under EO 14026 must be posted by federal contractors and subcontractors with federal construction and service contracts renewed or extended on or after January 30, 2022, or with a new contract entered into on or after January 30, 2022. (29 CFR § 23.290)
