What’s changed?
The revised Kentucky Safety and Health posting reflects:
- A new Chair under the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board.
- Employees may file discrimination complaints with both the Education and Labor Cabinet and the U.S. Department of Labor.
- Revised web address where complaint forms can be obtained.
Who must post?
Every employer subject to the Kentucky Safety and Health Program must post the Kentucky Safety and Health posting in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are usually posted. (KRS 338.161)
