What’s New?
The mandatory California Safety and Health Protection on the Job posting has been updated with new contact information for several Cal/OSHA offices. This includes new district offices in Riverside and Santa Barbara, and a new regional office in Fresno. The posting date is July 2025.
Who Must Post?
All employers are required to post the current California Safety and Health Protection on the Job posting in each establishment in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted. (8 Cal. Code Regs. § 340)
Additional Changes
The California OSHA Safety and the Code of Safe Practices Posters have also been revised to reflect the updated information. Employers can now order the most current versions of these posters. |
