There are mandatory changes to the State of New Hampshire Whistleblowers’ Protection Act Notice.
These changes affect employee rights. Specifically, an employer cannot discharge, threaten, or discriminate against any public or private employee for reporting or causing a report to be made that violates any law or rule adopted under the laws of New Hampshire, a political subdivision of NH, or the United States. Additionally, an employer shall not discriminate against an employee for participation in an investigation, hearing, inquiry, or court action which concerns allegations against the employer.
